Parnell Premier Bed Rails Load Strength
Parnell Premier Bed Rails have been tested to withstand load in six directions.
Four horizontal (50kgs), one vertical up (50kgs) and one vertical down (75kgs).
Simple three-step installation
STEP 1
Place the vertical top section onto the horizontal floor frame.
For Parnell Prem-Platinum users only: please also tighten the bottom black hand wheel to lock the two frames together
STEP 2
Locate at the side of the bed at a position to suit the user.
STEP 3
Locate the two hooks under the frame of the bed and turn the upper black hand wheel clockwise until very tight. The bed rail is now ready for use.
To remove, simply turn the upper black hand wheel anticlockwise and withdraw from the bed.

I have a conventional domestic bed - will the Parnell Bed Rail fit?
Yes! The Parnell Bed Rail can be used on almost any type of bed frame, wooden, metal, divan or ottoman and also electric adjustable domestic beds. Your bed must have at least 3cm clearance under the base frame for the rails legs to slide underneath.
Does the Parnell Bed Rail interfere with changing my bed linen?
The Parnell Bed Rail has no straps and is fixed to the bed frame not the mattress, therefore changing your bed linen is totally unrestricted and easy!
I have a divan bed with drawers, can I still use a Parnell Bed Rail?
If your Parnell Bed Rail is positioned over a drawer in your divan base, it can simply be unscrewed and moved along to access the drawer when required.
My bed is height adjustable, in other words the whole bed can be raised and lowered from the floor, can I still use a Parnell Bed Rail?
We would not recommend our bed rails for use on this type of bed.
Which Parnell Bed Rail is right for me?

I have an Ottoman storage bed - will the Parnell Bed rail fit?
Yes, however, as with divan beds, an ottoman bed must have at least 3cm clearance under the bed in order for the rails legs to slide underneath. Position your Parnell bed rail on an opening side rather than a hinged side of an ottoman bed to allow easy access into the storage compartment.
